How do we deal with drug testing and background screening?
We handle background screening, testing and display the results on profile. We also perform skill assessments and share the results where applicable.
How do we deal with taxes, wages, insurance, etc.?
Insurance is not provided. Wages and taxes are to be handled by the employer or the worker/contractor depending on the nature of the work agreement for each job.

Are there any employment benefits provided?
We’re not able to offer extensive benefits packages since the jobs listed onsite vary depending on contract type and length.
How soon can I be placed into a position?
In most cases, assuming paperwork and background checks are clear, we can place people into a job almost immediately.
What if the job isn’t right for me?
If you inform us of specific skills during hiring we should be able to prevent you from ever being placed improperly.
I need special accommodation due to an injury; can I be placed into a job?
In some cases, yes. Inform us during your intake process to learn more about light duty jobs.
Are full-time jobs available?
Employers have different types of contracts available. Although some may initially be short-term, there are likely possibilities to transition into more full-time jobs within companies, once you establish a working relationship.

Jobs are available in a wide variety of areas in the construction industry, from architects to plumbers to site managers to electricians and dozens more. We accommodate any skilled or unskilled job in construction.
How do I apply, and what kind of paperwork do I need?

This may include, but isn’t limited to, a driver’s license, visa, or passport. A student ID is not a valid form of identification.
